At Cock Ring Shop, we ship discreetly from our Sydney warehouse using Australia Post. All packages are plain, unbranded, and sealed securely to protect your privacy. This policy details processing, transit times, costs, and international requirements, in full compliance with Australian Consumer Law.

Order Processing & Shipping Cutoff

In-stock orders placed before 12pm AEST (Sydney time) on business days (Mon-Fri) are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders after cutoff or on weekends/holidays process the next business day.

Due to high fraud risks, all orders undergo payment verification—we'll contact you via email or phone if delays occur.

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking email. Note: Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update on Australia Post's site.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Rates:

• Free on orders over $200 AUD.
• $12.95 flat rate for orders under $200 AUD (added at checkout).

Transit Times: (From dispatch; excludes processing)

PO Boxes/GPO/Parcel Collect: Allowed via Australia Post—allow extra 2-3 days.

Delivery Notes: If no one's home, Australia Post may attempt redelivery or hold for pickup at your local depot (you'll be notified). We're not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

International Shipping

Rates: Calculated by weight (added at checkout):

• AU$12.95 for orders ≤ 0.399kg (399g).
• AU$22.95 for orders ≥ 0.4kg (400g).

Transit Times: 6-30 business days from dispatch, depending on destination, customs, and carrier. Delays beyond our control (e.g., holidays, weather) may occur.

Discreet Packaging: All international orders ship in neutral boxes with no external branding or contents indication.

Customs, Duties, Taxes & Tariffs

Important: You, the customer, are fully responsible for all customs clearance, duties, taxes, tariffs, and import fees in your country. These are not included in our shipping rates and may be collected upon delivery.

• USA Customers: As of April 2025, a 10% baseline tariff applies to all Australian imports to the US under President Trump's reciprocal trade policy. This includes adult novelty products like ours. Expect additional costs—check with US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) for your order's value. The de minimis exemption (under US$800 duty-free) was suspended in August 2025, so even small parcels may incur tariffs.
• Other Countries: Similar fees apply (e.g., VAT in EU/UK, GST in NZ). We mark packages accurately for customs, but cannot predict or cover these charges.

If your package is held or refused due to unpaid fees, it's your responsibility to resolve or claim it—we cannot refund shipping or product costs for abandoned shipments.

Local Import Laws & Legality

You must verify legality: It is solely your responsibility to check and comply with all local, state, territorial, and national laws regarding the importation and possession of adult products (e.g., cock rings) in your jurisdiction. We do not ship to restricted countries or areas.

• Examples: Some US states have varying obscenity laws; EU countries require CE marking (our products comply); certain territories ban specific adult items.
• If customs confiscates or refuses your order due to legal issues, we are not liable—refunds are not available for such cases.

Pre-purchase, consult your local authorities or customs website (e.g., CBP.gov for USA, customs.gov.au for re-imports).

• Estimates Only: Times are based on carrier standards—delays from verification, stock issues, or external factors are possible.
• Split Shipments: Large orders may arrive in multiple packages.
• Tracking: Available for all orders; international tracking may be limited.
• Cancellations: Only before processing—contact us immediately.
