This policy outlines your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and our store-specific guidelines for returns and refunds, especially for intimate wellness products. We're committed to fair, transparent practices while prioritizing hygiene and safety.

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order for eligible items. Returns are accepted only for:

• Faulty or defective products
• Items not as described (e.g., wrong item received)
• Incorrect sizing (where applicable, with proof)

Important: Due to health and hygiene regulations for intimate products like cock rings, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, used items, or those without original packaging. This ensures the safety and quality for all customers. Under ACL, these restrictions comply with consumer guarantees while protecting public health.

Our policy fully aligns with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and ACL consumer guarantees—no "no refunds" clauses here. If an item fails to meet guarantees of acceptable quality, fitness for purpose, or matching description, you have remedies regardless of purchase price.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

All purchases are protected by ACL consumer guarantees. If your product:

• Has a minor failure (e.g., small defect): We'll repair, replace, or refund at our choice.
• Has a major failure (e.g., unsafe, not fit for purpose): You choose repair, replacement, or refund.
• Doesn't match description or sample: Remedies apply.

We do not offer change-of-mind returns, as permitted under ACL for hygiene-sensitive goods. Please choose carefully; contact us pre-purchase for sizing advice.

Eligibility and Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, in original condition with tags and packaging.
• You must have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
• Return within 14 days of receipt.

Non-returnable items:

• Used or opened products (hygiene reasons).
• Change of mind or incorrect choice.
• Sale items (unless ACL guarantee failure).
• Gift cards or digital downloads.

Damages, Issues, or Wrong Items

Inspect your order on arrival. If damaged, defective, or incorrect:

1. Contact us within 48 hours via our contact page or email info@cockringshop.com.au, including photos and order details.
2. We'll assess and approve the return (usually same-day).
3. For ACL major failures, you choose the remedy.

We cover return shipping for verified faults; otherwise, it's at your expense (use tracked post for liability).

How to Start a Return

1. Email info@cockringshop.com.au or use our contact form with your order number, reason, and photos.
2. We'll review and send a Return Authorization (RA) number and label (if applicable).
3. Pack securely in original packaging; ship to our address below.
4. Do not send without approval—unauthorized returns won't be accepted.

Processing takes 3-5 business days upon receipt.

Refunds

Once inspected and approved:

• Refunds process to your original payment method within 7 business days.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable; return shipping is your responsibility unless fault-covered.
• Bank processing may add 3-10 days—check your statement.

If over 7 days post-approval, contact us. For exchanges (sizing only), we'll ship the replacement free if in stock.

Exceptions and Additional Notes

Sale items follow the same ACL rules but no change-of-mind. International orders may incur customs fees (non-refundable). We're not liable for lost shipments—always use tracking.
