Returns Policy of Cock Ring Shop - We want you to love your product quite literally but due to the intimate nature of the products sold on the cock ring shop any product returned or exchanged cannot be resold. In order that there be no issues after your purchase please read our return and exchange policy.

Returns and exchanges are only available for faulty items, goods not as described or in some instances for incorrect sizing. This policy is in fact due to health and safety regulations as the product is a sex toy and may have come into contact with or been inserted into the body and its fluids. Once an item leaves the warehouse it is deemed to be used unless it is covered by a tamper proof seal.

• When you receive your item visually check it. Ensure that it is free from any defects, is as described and is in good working order.
• If any of the above have occurred contact us immediately and inform us of the exact nature of the problem.

• Where possible please return the product in its original packaging
• Please post the item to us – we will reimburse you this charge once we confirm the fault or defect on the item.
• When the item is received it is will be examined by our Quality Control consultant to confirm the fault.
• Once the fault is confirmed we will contact you will be offered a replacement, store credit or refund.

We wish to make our returns process as simple and fair as possible to our loyal customers and reading this prior to making a purchase or before instigating a return. Please check the item thoroughly before returning it as faulty as if it received in good order you will not be reimbursed for post charges to or from and the item will be shipped back to you.
