What it does
Slip into the dress and the stretch microfiber hugs your curves while you adjust the lace-up front to show exactly the amount of skin you want. Wear the cap at a slight angle for that confident referee look, and keep the whistle around your neck within easy reach. Your partner knows you're in control the moment you dress up.
When you blow the whistle, they understand it's time to stop, start, or switch positions according to your rules. Use it strategically during foreplay and sex to signal when they should change their pace, touch you differently, or move into a new position. Point, gesture, and give commands while staying in character as the authority figure who decides when the game starts and stops. For couples exploring power dynamics without intimidating BDSM gear, Padlock Chastity Devices offer another way to establish control and structure during intimate play.

Fit and sizing
The costume comes in Medium and Large to suit most body types. Both sizes feature an adjustable lace-up front, so you can customize the fit and reveal for your body and mood. Choose your size based on where you normally wear clothes comfortably rather than chasing a smaller size — the stretch microfiber moves with you, and the adjustable lacing gives you control over how snug or loose the dress sits. Cockringshop specialises in products for men and couples, and we know that confidence comes from comfort, not from squeezing into something that doesn't feel right.
How to use it
Get dressed by slipping into the A-line dress and adjusting the lace-up front to the reveal you want. Put on the cap at a slight angle for authority, and position the whistle so it hangs at your neck and stays within instant reach. Stand over your partner, gesture, and point to direct their movements and set the pace.
Use the whistle as a clear signal during foreplay and sex — blow it when you want them to stop touching you, slow down, speed up, change positions, or switch intensity. The stretch fabric lets you move freely if you're standing, straddling, or repositioning during play. After use, hand wash the costume in cold water and lay it flat to dry. The whistle requires no special care beyond a quick wipe if needed.

| Referee styling | Black and white colour scheme with cap | Establishes immediate authority and power | Partner recognizes your dominance on sight |
Who it suits
Anyone who enjoys taking charge in the bedroom will love this costume. Partners who like games, rules, and playful authority naturally fall into dominant and submissive roles when you put this on. The referee concept feels fun and approachable rather than hardcore, so it works well for couples exploring power dynamics for the first time. The adjustable sizing accommodates different body types, and the sporty theme appeals to people who want role-play scenarios with clear structure and boundaries.
Skip this costume if you prefer equal power dynamics or if you're uncomfortable with taking a dominant role. If role-play doesn't appeal to you, or if you want something purely decorative rather than functional for intimate play, this outfit won't be the right fit. It's designed specifically for couples who want to explore control and authority during sex, not for general costume wear.

Tested and quality-checked Every new line we stock is hands-on tested before it ever goes live — we power it up, run it through its functions, and check it for safety and for how it actually performs. Overseas orders get a second function-test right before they ship, so a dead motor never reaches your door. Nothing is used for its intended purpose; it is checked, inspected, and re-boxed. What that means for you is simple: the unit you open is one we already know works. See how we test every product → |
How it compares
The Halftime Hottie Costume works as a role-play outfit that establishes power dynamics through props, styling, and theatricality. Flexible Penis Cages take control further by physically restricting your partner's erection and arousal, creating a different kind of power exchange. Costumes work through psychology and play; cages work through physical restraint. Choose this costume if you want to direct action through authority and signals. Choose a cage if you want to restrict your partner's body directly.
| Please read — safety first. Put the ring on before you are fully erect and use plenty of water-based lubricant so it slides on without pinching. Keep wear time short — no more than 20 minutes while you are getting used to it, and never fall asleep wearing one. Take it off straight away if you feel numbness, coldness, a change in colour, or any pain, as these mean blood flow has been cut off too far. This information is general in nature only and is not medical or professional advice, and does not take your personal circumstances into account. Stop use and speak with a qualified medical professional if you have a relevant health condition, take medication for erectile function or blood pressure, or notice pain, numbness, or discolouration that does not settle. |
What you can use it with
Pair this costume with Couples Intimacy Kits to expand your power play options during the same session. Kits often include multiple sex toys and props that let you layer different sensations and control methods alongside your dominant role. The whistle signals what happens next, while additional sex toys give you more ways to tease, reward, or direct your partner's pleasure and build intensity exactly how you want it.
